Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By playing Arrow IQ Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by Laxman Adhikari, Nepal ("we", "us").
Your account
A Google account is required to play. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for everything done through it. One person, one account — do not create accounts for other people and do not share yours.
You must be 13 or over (16 or over in the UK and EEA) to use the app.
Coins and XP have no real-world value
Coins are an in-game token. You earn them by solving boards or by watching a rewarded advert, and you spend them on hints and cosmetic skins.
XP records the total you have earned over the life of your account. It never decreases, and it is what ranks you on the leaderboard. Spending coins does not reduce your XP, and watching adverts does not increase it.
Neither is money, currency, credit, or property. They cannot be bought with real money — the app sells nothing — and they cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or cashed out. They have no value outside the app. We may adjust or reset them if we find they were obtained by exploiting a bug or manipulating the app. If your account is deleted, they go with it, and we owe you nothing for them.
Adverts
Adverts are optional and rewarded only. The app never shows an advert unless you tap a button asking for one, and you can play the entire game without watching a single advert. Nothing you can watch, earn, or buy makes a puzzle easier or unlocks a level — hints and cosmetics only.
If an advert fails to load or is interrupted, you lose nothing. Try again, or carry on.
Fair play
Please do not:
- modify the app, or use a modified or unofficial client;
- automate play, or use scripts, bots, or emulated input to earn coins or XP;
- send falsified values to our servers, or attempt to alter another player's record;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt them;
- use a display name that is obscene, hateful, impersonates someone else, or is otherwise offensive.
Your leaderboard name comes from your Google account. If it breaks the rule above we may remove your entry or delete the account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, and may remove or correct leaderboard entries we believe to be fraudulent.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard is a convenience, not a competition with a prize. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or continuously available, and we may reset, correct, or withdraw it at any time. There is no prize, and no entitlement arises from any position on it.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it — including the leaderboard and online accounts — at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Our content
The app, its artwork, its puzzles, its code, and the name Arrow IQ Pro belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it, except where that restriction is unenforceable under the law that applies to you.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost progress, lost coins, or lost XP, or for anything arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you, and nothing here overrides it.
Ending it
You may stop at any time by deleting the app, and you may delete your account by emailing us. We may end your access if you break these terms. The sections on coins and XP, our content, and liability survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in your own country, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's update notes and the effective version above will change. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
