Overview

Arrow IQ Pro is a puzzle game published by Laxman Adhikari, Nepal. Playing requires a Google account, because the game keeps your progress on our servers and ranks you on a shared leaderboard.

We collect as little as the game needs: who you are, what you have earned, and how far you have reached. We run no analytics, no crash reporting, and no tracking beyond the advertising described below.

Data we collect when you sign in

DataWhyShown to others?
Google account identifierTo recognise you across devicesNo
Google display nameYour name on the leaderboardYes
Email addressSupplied by Google as part of sign-in and held by our authentication providerNo

We never receive your Google password. We request identity only — no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service. We do not send you email and we do not use your address for marketing.

Your game progress

A copy is also kept on your device, so the game still works without a connection once you have signed in.

What other players can see

The leaderboard is visible to anyone signed in to the app. Other players can see your display name, your XP, and your furthest level — and nothing else. Your email address and your coin balance are never shown to anyone.

Your name comes from your Google account. If you would rather not appear under your real name, change the name on your Google account before signing in, or ask us to delete your account.

Advertising

The app shows rewarded video adverts only, and only when you tap a clearly labelled button asking for one. There are no banners, no pop-ups, and no adverts while a puzzle is on screen. You can finish the whole game without watching a single advert.

Adverts are served by Google AdMob, which collects data independently of us — typically a device advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and how you interacted with the advert. We do not receive that data. It is governed by Google's own terms:

Data we do not collect

No analytics. No crash reporting. No advertising or tracking library other than AdMob. No location permission. No camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files. No payment details — the app sells nothing. No profile photo, age, gender, or any demographic information.

We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one beyond the providers above.

How long we keep it

Your profile is kept for as long as your account exists. Delete the account and everything goes with it, in the same operation — permanently.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete your account and all its data, or export it in a portable format. Email adhikarilaxu0001@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.

Deletion needs no email at all. You can do it yourself, immediately, either in the app under Profile → Delete account or on our delete your account page — which works without the app installed. Both remove your sign-in record, your profile and your leaderboard place in one permanent operation.

If you are in the UK or EEA: our lawful basis is contract for your account and progress, and consent for personalised advertising. An account is optional — the game can be played as a guest, with progress kept only on your device. You may complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA/CPRA define those terms.

Children

Arrow IQ Pro is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the UK and EEA), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted by row-level security, so one player cannot read or modify another player's record. Sign-in is handled entirely by Google — we never see your password. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
